I am based in Hodnet and have a home practice in my Summer House. ​​​
I offer you a 'Nervous System Reset Through Therapeutic Stillness'. I have designed the space to be welcoming and ease you into feeling safe, secure and belonging. I give you permission for a moment in time to be free of life, free of stress, anxiety, low mood and overwhelming.

Additional Information
I am a holistic massage therapist. I graduated from Learn Massage UK in Whitchurch, Shropshire and registered with the Massage Training Institute. I hold a Level 4 qualification in Holistic Massage. Level 4 is equivalent to an undergraduate degree. To be able to hold this qualification, we have to be conversant in anatonomy, physiology and pathology as well as practical Swedish massage techniques and holistic therapy such intuitive massage.

It is important to note that I am not medically trained. As holistic massage therapists we can identify areas that may be of concern but we cannot treat or diagonse specific conditions. We can suggest some after care for you to do or that you may wish to visit a specialist therapist
or your GP.

Payments can be by cash or bank transfer. When booking you can pay through the booking system but I do ask that where possible please do not use it as I have to pay card processing fees and this can eat significantly into my income.

I will also require a £5 deposit.

Opening Hours
I am usually open on a Friday and Saturday. The exact hours change week on week depending on family priorities.
